Our Mission
Helping Others Prospers Everyone (HOPE) is a 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing services to the people of Central America, empowering communities by providing supports that yield permanent gains. Our programs include medical and construction brigades, education and financial support.
HOPE Projects

The school room was open to the wind and rain except for these iron bars.

Louvered glass windows can be closed to protect the school room during the rainy season.
Our Most Recent Project
During our last trip to Agua Salada, a community of about 300 people, we replaced the open iron bars in the school windows with louvered glass panes. Unlike the iron bars, the louvered panes can be closed to provide protection to the school room, students and materials during the rainy season.
Our Next Trip
Our next trip to Agua Salada will be in January, 2012. The road to the village goes through the river, so during the rainy season it becomes impassable. We are currently raising money to construct a bridge across the river so the village is accessible during the rainy season. In addition to providing a medical brigade, plans will be made for the construction of this bridge.
Our Long Term Plans
Long term goals are to build a room onto the two-room school house for use as a library and to provide a water purifying system.
